Do you think eating multi millets are beneficial to health? What are the ingredients of your multi millet burger buns? Millets are best eaten one at a time to get the maximum benefits. Combined all will have zero to no benefits.

@Mcdonald, first of all, can you please share the ingredients and recipe of your bun? How are these healthy? First of all having multi millet has zero to none benefits. If you really want to benefit you need to eat one millet at a time as every millet has its own benefits.
